Introducing: Book Reviews in Filipino!

A conflict between two blog tours (US and PH) for one book gave me an idea.

Book reviews in Filipino. ❀

You know, the kind of review that looks like a transcript of a conversation between two friends talking (in their native language) about a book they love/hate.

PARANG GANITO. YUNG FEELING NA HINDI MO KINAKAYA YUNG PICTURES NG ME BEFORE YOU FILMING KASI SOBRANG SAKIT TALAGA. πŸ˜₯ 😦 πŸ˜₯

O KAYA GANITO. KILIG IS THE WORD. ❀

I’ll be reading more books by Filipino indie authors this year, and I thought of posting two book reviews: one in English and one in Filipino.

I’ll be writing the English version for everyone, and the Filipino version is for anyone who would like to see me at my craziest. You guys can even comment in Filipino. Para mas fun! πŸ˜€

To see what I’m talking about, watch out for the US and PH blog tour of In This Life by Christine Brae. My post for the US blog tour is scheduled on the 20th, and my post for the PH blog tour is scheduled on the 24th.

Excited to know your thoughts! Feel free to share what you think. πŸ™‚

  1. You mentioned you want to read more Filipino author works, yeah? There will be a blog tour from Jan. 24 to 30 for Kristel Villar’s Blast from Two Pasts. DM me on Twitter if you’re interested. πŸ™‚

BTW, baka hindi umubra sakin ung Filipino review lalo pag puro feels. Hindi sapat ang isang entry. Hahaha. Pag English kasi, nauubusan ako ng sasabihin, kaya keri lang. HAHAHA

What do you think?
