How would you define book discrimination?
For me, book discrimination is the act of treating a book less valuable than the others. It is in which people apply a double standard in dealing with books.
How do you feel about it?
I feel sorry for those people who discriminate books because they do not realize the adventures, acquaintances they’re missing.
What do you think is the cause of book discrimination?
There are many reasons for book discrimination. The leading was is that people judge books by their covers. Let’s face it. The beauty of the covers has a psychological effect on readers. Another reason is that the book was written by a not-so-famous author or a newbie.
What would you do against it?
In this modern world, a great way to fight book discrimination can be done through the help of social media. Posting articles about book discrimination may raise awareness among people especially among the youth.
